Hi! I'm Elena.
Over the last 10 years I explored various ways of improving and practicing my communication skills. I joined various courses, became a member of Toastmasters organisation, organized TEDx conferences for 9 years, and completed Dale Carnegie trainer certification.
I am now working internationally as a communication coach, helping people to become more confident as speakers! As a TEDx organizer, I have been coaching top speakers who achieved over one million views of their talks. I am also lecturing at leading business schools and working with managers and CEOs on their business presentations.

Module 1. Secrets of TEDx Speakers
In the first module, we will cover the secrets of TEDx speakers - why those presentations on the famous red dot are so popular and what we can do with our business presentations to make them similar.
Module 2. Facing Outwards
In the second module, we will analyse why we lack confidence and feel nervous. We will change the focus from ourselves to our audience and understand how can we give value to our listeners and focus on their needs.
Module 3. What is your Main Message
In the third module, we will discuss how to craft the main message of your presentation and how to make it impactful. What are the tips and tricks to make people remember your main message?
Module 4. Structure Your Speech
In the fourth module of the program we are going to learn how to craft your main idea and how to use arguments to support it. Using proven structures to craft your presentation, you will know exactly what to say and how to say it.
Module 5. Prove your Point
In this part, we will discuss and practice several ways of how we can prove our point during our presentation. We will see how to use different types of evidence to be perceived as credible and professional.
Module 6. Tell Your Story
In this module, we will master the art of storytelling in business. We will see how we can use stories to engage our listeners, to connect with them on an emotional level. We will realise how this helpful tool can help us in defeating our speaking fear.
Module 7. Show your Credibility
In the seventh module we are covering your credibility and what you can do to enhance it in the eyes of your audience. What you can say, do and how you can behave to be perceived as credible.
Module 8. Using Slides - Do's and Dont's
In this module, we will cover our slides. Very often we have to use them, but what can we do to make it easier and more understandable for the audience and not to make it boring?
Module 9. Stop Worrying and Start Speaking with Impact
In the last part we will let go of the patterns which tell us that we are not good enough and do not let us to be fully confident. After going through this module, we will stop focusing on not being good enough and strive for perfection.
